Golden West Women Fly Fishers: GWWF.org.  A 35-year old club in the San Francisco Bay Area dedicated to women and fly fishing.  The club has monthly meetings and annual outings.

International Women Fly Fishers: http://www.intlwomenflyfishers.org  An international club throughout the USA and Europe which is dedicated to connecting women and fly fishing all over the world.  The IWFF sponsors regional rendezvous which, in 2016, are taking place in Central Oregon, Northern California and British Columbia. Other rendezvous over the years have taken place in Scotland, Austria, and Baja.   The IWFF also sponsors an annual festival which has, in the past, taken place in Montana, South Carolina, Idaho, Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Massachusetts, and Missouri.

“The mission of Casting for Recovery is to enhance the quality of life of women with breast cancer through a unique program that combines breast cancer education and peer support with the therapeutic sport of fly fishing. The retreats offer opportunities for women to find inspiration, discover renewed energy for life and experience healing connections with other women and nature. Casting for Recovery’s retreats are open to breast cancer survivors of all ages, in all stages of treatment and recovery, and are free to participants.”

CFR is another beneficial connection for women and fly fishing.

Fanny Krieger’s website offers fly fishing DVD’s, books, and trips.  Many of Fanny’s trips cater to women and fly fishing, but they are open to all who would like to fish with Fanny and her many connections in the fly fishing world.
